Fix the lag this way first:

In order to reduce the terrible lag you can do the following:

Remove unnecessary and redundant NPCS.

Remove the fire/frost/mist effects from NPCs which cause load lag for all players.

Not everyone has a good comp. Design a server that shitty comps can run on and the world will applaud it for absence of lag and good overall stability.
