Cap buffs Plox

Hello Exde and the whole iMordred communtity. There has been multiple people complaining about this issue, wether or not we should all have cap buffs or not. Not having cap buffs has actually gotten some people banned because they will log a bot stash him somewhere in PvP and then buff themselves. Some classes also aren't even fair in PvP because we do not have cap buffs.
Some of the classes that are gimp because of this is casters, casters in general. They have to go dex 5 now instead of the normal dex 3-4 having them using 10-24 more RA points just to get that cap point. Also not having the cap con casters are really gimp on the HP. Another class that is bad cause of not having cap buffs is Skald, missing that extra Str makes you hit not as hard, missing the dex, well there goes more defense, and the con is kinda obvious. Less HP. And their DDs kinda are OPed.... just sayin. Stealthers in general are also somewhat gimped for more than just the not having cap buffs, but not having those buffs make them have less Weapon Skill... alot less... Their HP is gimped. My NS personally on faith had 2800 without toughness... for some reason even with CLs i only have 2418. Thats pretty low for a Assassin with a perfect template.
The classes with the advantage to this is pretty much any charge class with dual wield, aka Merc/Zerk/BM they seems to hit harder than everyone else because more or less everyone else is gimped. Valks get a benefit too, people with less Hp, Less WS, Less Defense they can just pull put their twohander or spear and kick their opponents face in.
Also the classes with base buffs have a HUGE advantage over everyone else, Tics especially. They are already OP enough as is. Why not let them have cap buffs over everyone else. Friar is another. Along with Smite clerics. Anyways. You get the just of the point im trying to get across. Please Exde, make everything fair and give us all cap buffs.

Don't forget the advantage Vamps get with their 135 buffs, better than anyone else's besides people with bases.
