CL lines are missing in general.

Stealth Lore jewelry should be implemented rather than putting it on everything and making it a pervasive antistealther server.  I believe that groupthink and general dislike for all stealthers has clouded the issue and justified it in like fashion.  When considering that there are currently jewelry items with zero charges on them at the vendor, the move from SL jewelry to armor/weapon charges and chargeless jewelry is that much more confusing if not dubious.

i dont think that the SL thing was meant to be a slight against stealthers lol
